Who is Simeon Hobbes ?

On friday a 'Simeon Hobbes' joined twitter and started following LOST twitters. Since then he's been posting cryptic LOST tweets. A lot of them are about Jacob. Some of the tweets have strangely been deleted like this one:

To be touched by the light of Jacob is to awake anew. May night, and slumber, give way to a better tomorrow.

The lost experience posted a video entitled 'Who is Simeon Hobbes?'. Its a morse code message.




I was going to translate it, but the people over at the lost wiki have already done so. It reads:
